San Angelo Symphony Guild, Belles and Beaux The San Angelo Symphony Guild sponsors the Belles and Beaus program to foster, promote education, participation & appreciation of the San Angelo Symphony.

This page is intended to invite, educate and inform current Symphony Belles and Beaus, and future Belles and Beaus on what it means to be a young member of the symphony program in San Angelo. This page will be used to inform current members of the upcoming events, symphony information, and volunteer opportunities. This page will also help parents/guild members stay apprised of Belle and Beaus events, and allow access to pictures, editorials and information needed to insure high participation.

Tomorrow is the Gala ✨ and we are celebrating more than a beautiful evening — we are celebrating the incredible dedication of our Symphony Belles & Beau. These outstanding seniors have given their time, energy, and hearts to support the arts in San Angelo. From welcoming guests to serving at performances and events throughout the season, their commitment reflects leadership, grace, and a deep love for our community.

We are so proud of each of you and grateful for the role you play in making this program so meaningful. Your hard work truly shines — and tomorrow night, we celebrate YOU. 💛

Senior Highlight ✨

Presenting Miss Alliena Mae Pineda, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward and Maritza Pineda. Alliena is a high-achieving student at Central High School maintaining straight A’s. She is also recognized as an Angelo State University Up and Coming Scholar for her academic excellence and promise.

Alliena has trained in dance throughout her life and currently studies classical ballet en pointe at Ballet San Angelo. She has performed in six productions of The Nutcracker and most recently appeared as the Lead Russian Dancer. In addition to her performance experience, Alliena has developed a passion for choreography; her original work will be featured in Ballet San Angelo’s Beyond Ballet this April, and she also choreographed the Belle & Beau dance for this year’s Gala.

Committed to both physical and mental wellness, Alliena is currently training to become a certified Pilates instructor and will begin coursework in Central’s psychology program next year. She plans to continue her education at The University of Texas at Austin, following in her father’s footsteps, where she intends to pursue a degree in Psychology.

Alliena’s most meaningful Symphony Belle experience has been the opportunity to connect with musicians, gaining insight into the artists behind the performances and a deeper appreciation for their contributions to each concert. She also treasures attending symphony performances alongside her friends.

Senior Highlight ✨

Presenting Miss Liv Jett Robertson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adam and Kathleen Robertson.

Liv is an A Honor Roll student at Central High School and is proud to be recognized as an Angelo State University Up and Coming Scholar. She is a dedicated varsity swimmer who qualified for regional competition as a freshman, demonstrating discipline and commitment both in and out of the pool.

In addition to athletics, Liv serves as the official Central High School mascot, Dynamite, enthusiastically supporting the football team throughout the season and into the playoffs. She is actively involved in her church youth group and enjoys traveling with her family and spending time with friends.

Liv’s favorite Symphony Belle memory was the Novice Gala, where her group formed lasting bonds and inspired her to continue serving alongside her peers. Looking ahead, Liv plans to pursue a career in wildlife conservation, with a special focus on marine life, reflecting her passion for protecting the natural world.

Senior Highlight ✨

Presenting Mr. Sterling David Moffat, son of Mr. and Mrs. Corri and Slade Moffat.
Sterling is an honor student at Central High School and is proud to be recognized as an Angelo State University Up and Coming Scholar. He is a member of the Central High School Junior Varsity Tennis Team and also competes statewide in USTA tennis tournaments, demonstrating dedication, discipline, and a competitive spirit. 

Since the age of six, Sterling has been actively involved with San Angelo Broadway Academy, where he has trained in acting, voice, tap, jazz, and hip-hop dance. He has performed in more than twelve theatrical productions, with favorite performances including The Lion King, The Wizard of Oz, Singin’ in the Rain, and most recently, How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

Sterling is also an active member of the Sierra Vista United Methodist Church Youth Group. Outside of tennis and theater, he enjoys fishing and snowboarding, pursuits that reflect his adventurous spirit.

Sterling’s favorite memory from the Belle & Beau program was the Junior Year Costume Party, which featured games and a team scavenger hunt complete with a surprise appearance by the Headless Horseman. This memorable evening combined fun and teamwork,making it a standout experience within the program.

Senior Highlight ✨

Presenting Miss Pear Amethyst Villa, daughter of Robert and Katy Villa. Pear was born in San Francisco and raised in Los Angeles, California. From an early age, she cultivated a love for both the performing arts and athletic pursuits, attending a highly recognized performing arts school for music and dance while also excelling as a competitive gymnast and studying English riding.

Following her family’s move to Texas in 2023, Pear became a high-achieving honor/AP student and currently attends Central High School, where she is a member of the JV tennis team. She continues to balance academic excellence with a full schedule of extracurricular activities, demonstrating poise, dedication, and discipline.

In her leisure time, Pear enjoys playing tennis, traveling, cooking and baking, and cherishing time spent with her friends and family. After graduation, she plans to return to California to pursue a degree in Interior Design.

Pear’s favorite Guild memory is the opportunity to learn the value of etiquette and refinement, gaining knowledge and confidence she knows will guide her with grace through many future seasons of life.
