❤️ BBQ Family Helping BBQ Family

We’re honored to share this fundraiser supporting the family of our friend and fellow BBQ champion, Greg Sercos.

On Sunday, August 30, the San Angelo BBQ community will come together to serve up some incredible BBQ and raise funds for Greg’s family.

The San Angelo community lost a loving husband, father, brother, and friend on Saturday. Greg Sercos was an award winning BBQ champion and always one of the first to jump in and help anyone out. Now it’s our turn to help his family. We will be holding a fundraiser for his family on Sunday, August 30th. This won’t be your usual BBQ plate fundraiser. The San Angelo BBQ community will be putting out some of the best BBQ you can find. We will be selling family meals. We will have a family meal and a large family meal. Please see picture below for the details on what each meal includes.

We will be taking preorders in one of the following ways:

We are saddened to hear of the passing of our fellow Brews, Ewes & BBQ cooker, Greg Sercos of Beast BBQ.

Greg was a valued part of our cook-off family, and his presence, friendship, and love for the competition will be greatly missed around the pits.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to Greg’s family, friends, and fellow cookers during this difficult time. We are grateful for the memories he shared with our Brews, Ewes & BBQ family and the mark he left on this special event.

Rest easy, Greg. You’ll be missed at the cook-off. 🧡

Future pitmasters were on full display at the Brews, Ewes, & BBQ Kids Que Competition! 🔥🐑

A huge thank you to H-E-B for proudly sponsoring this exciting competition and helping give our young grill masters the chance to step up to the pit, show off their skills, and be part of the action in downtown San Angelo. Watching these mini pitmasters fire up the grill, learn the craft, and compete with confidence is one of the highlights of the entire event.

What a great weekend filled with amazing BBQ, live music, awesome vendors and a whole lot of fun in the heart of downtown! A big thank you to our vendors, cook teams, sponsors, volunteers, and everyone who came out to support the event and our downtown community!
