🎶 WELCOME TO THE DORMS, HAVANA! 🎶🐾
🎵 Havana, ooh na-na! 🎵 💃🐶
We've got a girl who's stealing hearts, and her name is Havana! ❤️ This sweet girl is ready to dance her way right into your heart and find the forever family she's been dreaming of. She's waiting for her very own happily ever after, and maybe YOU are the missing piece to her love story! 🏡💕
But here's the thing about our girl Havana… her life was spared because another dog was adopted, opening up a space for us to save her. ❤️🐾
💔 PLEASE READ — EVERY ADOPTION MATTERS!
This week, the shelter has seen a heartbreaking number of dogs surrendered by their owners. When shelters fill up and there is nowhere for incoming dogs to go, lives are at risk. Sadly, many of these dogs may never get the chance Havana has been given.
Havana is here today because an adoption made room for another life to be saved. One adoption doesn't just change the life of the dog going home; it can save the life of another dog waiting for a chance.
🐾 Adopt, don't shop. Spay and neuter your pets. Make a lifelong commitment. Our pets depend on us for food, water, shelter, veterinary care, love, and safety. They are family, not disposable when life gets difficult. Responsible pet ownership helps prevent unwanted litters, overcrowded shelters, and heartbreaking outcomes.
If you're ready to welcome a new best friend into your life, please consider adoption. You could give a deserving dog a loving home while helping make room for another life to be saved.
💃 Havana is ready to dance her way into your heart! Could you be the one to give her the forever home she deserves? ❤️🐶

🏡🐾 WELCOME TO THE DORMS, DORITO! 🧡🌮
Formerly known as Boop at the San Angelo Animal Shelter, this sweet boy is ready to start a brand-new chapter! 🐶💕
Dorito was taken in after being abandoned and left to fend for himself. 💔 Sadly, someone let this precious boy down, but they didn't break his spirit! Despite his past, Dorito is still full of love and ready to share it with someone special. ❤️
And can we talk about those adorably tiny ears?! 😂🏠🌮 They're little, they're cute, and they make this handsome boy even more irresistible!

But Dorito's best feature isn't his adorable ears… it's his heart! 🧡 This affectionate boy loves being close to his people and soaking up all the love and attention he can get. He has so much love to give, and now he just needs a family who will give that love right back.
Dorito deserves more than a place to stay. He deserves a FOREVER HOME where he'll never have to wonder if he's wanted or worry about being left behind again. 🏡💕
🐾 Apply to adopt at cvpaws.org
Let's find Dorito his forever home, because this little chip deserves a whole lot of love! 🌮🧡🐾

Good morning everyone! 🐾
It's Wishlist Wednesday.
As you can imagine we go through a lot of food in our pet food pantry. We are always accepting donations of food of any size/brand. Right now our cat/kitten food supply is almost empty.

Every puppy or dog goes home with a collar, leash and ID tag. Donations of collars and leashes are always in need.

Lick mats (with suction cups so they can stick to the glass) and rawhide free long lasting chews keep our dogs and puppies happy in the dorms. Eventhough they get plenty of outside time, we still like to provide enrichment when able. ❤️

We could also use some new kennels for our recovery room. This gives the pets in our care a comfortable and safe place to recover from surgery. 🐱🐶

Donations are greatly appreciated and can be delivered or dropped off at our facility at 3134 N, U.S. Hwy 67, San Angelo, TX 76905

Thank you! ❤️🐾❤️

🐾💙 DORM SPOTLIGHT: LOVEBUG 💙🐾

🐶💙 Pitbull Awareness Month 💙🐶

This boy's name says it all! 🥰 Lovebug is PURE LOVE wrapped in a four-legged package! ❤️
Need a cuddle buddy? He's your guy! Looking for someone to brighten your day? Lovebug is ready for the job! 🐾 This sweet boy is happiest when he's surrounded by people who will dote on him, shower him with kisses, and give him all the hugs his heart desires. 💋🫶
And when he's not busy soaking up all the love, he's always up for a good walk! 🚶‍♂️🐕
During Pitbull Awareness Month, we're celebrating the big hearts behind those often-misunderstood faces. Lovebug is a perfect reminder that pitties have so much love to give! 💙
✨ Come meet Lovebug and see for yourself just how perfectly his name fits! ✨
He has so much love to give. All he needs is someone to give his heart to. 🏡❤️

🐾Remember the 13 puppies we took in after they were found living on the streets? Well, we have some exciting news! 🥹🐶
Thanks to our wonderful foster families, most of these little cuties are currently enjoying the comforts of foster homes while they wait for their happily ever afters. 🏡💕 And the best news? Four of our puppies found their loving families at Saturday’s adoption event and will be joining their new families TODAY! 🎉🐾
Now it’s time for the rest of our little crew to find their forever homes! ❤️
These sweet mixed-breed babies are full of personality, puppy kisses, and so much love to give. Their mamas are petite girls weighing around 20–25 pounds, so these pups are expected to stay on the smaller side, although their adult sizes cannot be guaranteed.
✨ Could one of these little faces be your new best friend?
📸 We’ll be sharing each puppy’s photo along with their individual information and instructions on how to meet them right below their picture!
Please help us share their stories so we can find a loving home for every single one. They started life on the streets, but their next chapter deserves to be filled with safety, happiness, and unconditional love. 🏡💗
Let's turn these street babies into FOREVER FAMILY BABIES! 🐶❤️

As puppies are adopted, their photos will be removed from this post.
