We provide:
*Communication / safety support at public events.
*Assist with traffic control with the SAPD
*Manage the nightly operations of the Concho Christmas Celebration.

San Angelo REACT assisted the San Angelo Police Department (SAPD) today with traffic assistance for a barricaded subject. REACT was able to releive SAPD personnel to assist at the scene or respond to other calls. The subject was taken into custody.

San Angelo REACT suffered a setback Thursday (12/12/24)! Driving our mobile communications vehicle back to our building, from working the Christmas Lights, we had an engine fire. The driver was able to escape safely and called for assistance. The cab and engine compartments were heavily damaged. Fortunately, we have a vehicle that we can use as a backup.
Once again everyone is OK.
