🚀 Want a deck-side seat at the U.S. Naval Academy? ⚓️

If your goal is Annapolis, the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps (USNSCC) is your ultimate "cheat code" for the admissions process. While other youth groups are great, here’s why the Sea Cadets give you the edge:

📊 The Numbers Don't Lie: Over 10% of every USNA plebe class are former Sea Cadets. Admissions officers know exactly what you bring to the table. Check out the Class Portraits here.

⚓️ Navy-Specific Intel: You aren't just learning "leadership"—you're learning watch standing, seamanship, and naval customs.
When you hit I-Day, you'll already speak the language.

🌊 Unrivaled Access: From SCUBA and SEAL challenges to Cyber Security training, you’re training on active-duty bases and ships while your peers are still at the mall.

💪 Show Initiative: Joining the Sea Cadets is an extracurricular choice, not just a high school class. It tells the Congressional Nomination boards that you are 100% committed to a life of service.

✈️Our Sea Cadets at the Midland Air Show!🇺🇸

9/12/26 Our Cadets had the opportunity to volunteer at the Chevron Sponsor and VIP Fighter Squadron Chalets during the Midland Air Show—and what an incredible first experience!

Our Cadets enjoyed hands-on activities, learning from knowledgeable veterans, and having a front-row view of all kinds of amazing aircraft. It was a great opportunity for them to serve, learn, and experience the Aviation Community up close.

We are Proud of our Cadets for representing our Battalion and making the most of this opportunity. First time there, but definitely not our last!

✈️🇺🇸 We’ll be back next year!

🌿 Serving Our Community! 🇺🇸

During our August Drill Weekend, the SOC Stephen M. Mills Battalion Cadets worked hard cleaning up our Adopt-A-Spot area at Kirby Park! They cleared the grounds around the playground and along the river, including the rose garden area, making sure our park was clean, cared for, and looking its best for the quarter.

💪 Hardworking Cadets making a difference in our community! Great job, Cadets! ⚓🇺🇸

We are officially recruiting youth aged 10 to 17 (5th grade through high school graduation) across the West Central Texas Region for an incredible, hands-on experience. Message our page directly or visit seacadets.org for full details.
