A huge thank you to Nexstar Media Group, Founder's Day of Caring, KLST News , KSAN NEWS , and ConchoValleyHomepage.com for their incredible support of the Concho Valley Regional Food Bank!
On June 12, food drives were held at Market Street and Food King in San Angelo, where our community came together to donate an amazing 2,265 pounds of food in a single day.
We are grateful for these outstanding partners and everyone who donated. Your generosity helps us continue feeding families across the Concho Valley. Thank you for making a difference! ❤️

The Concho Valley Regional Food Bank was honored to host the Community Engagement session for the Leadership San Angelo Class of 2026.

As part of their day, participants rolled up their sleeves and helped sort food collected through local food drives, giving them a hands-on look at how community donations help feed families across the Concho Valley.

This year is especially meaningful, as Leadership San Angelo and the Concho Valley Regional Food Bank are both celebrating 43 years of serving and strengthening our community. Thank you to the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce and the Leadership San Angelo participants for spending part of their day with us and learning more about the impact of community engagement.

Today, Nexstar Media Group is celebrating its 30th Anniversary with its annual Founder's Day of Caring, a nationwide day of service where employees volunteer and give back to the communities they serve.
Here in San Angelo, the teams from KLST, KSAN, and ConchoValleyHomepage.com are collecting canned goods for the Concho Valley Regional Food Bank at Market Street and Food King.
We invite our community to join them by donating canned goods and other nonperishable food items to help provide nutritious meals to local children, families, seniors, and veterans throughout the Concho Valley.
Every donation makes a difference. Thank you to Nexstar Media Group and its employees for 30 years of community service and for helping fight hunger right here at home.
