On Saturday, I stood in front of 10 incredible women (and my wonderfully supportive husband) to teach the first EKY Yoga Co. community class.

There were yoga mats, hugs, fresh flowers, cool breezes, local art, conversations between neighbors, and so much kindness.

Thank you to every person who showed up, encouraged me, shared a post, brought a friend, or simply believed this was possible.

Nine years ago, I attended my first yoga teacher training. This weekend, hosting my first yoga/wellness event in the heart of Appalachia felt like a true full-circle moment. My heart is very full. 🌈

There's no place like home. ❤️🌟

✨ Vendor Spotlight ✨

One of the goals of the Summer Stretch Series is to create opportunities for local artists, makers, and small businesses to share what they do with the community.

We're excited to introduce our first featured vendors for Opening Day on 6/06 and grateful for their support as we launch this new event. Be sure to stop by their booths after class and show them some love! 💛

Our ✨Summer Stretch Series✨ is kicking off this Saturday and will be hosted in Salyersville City Park.

We’re inviting you to spend your Saturday morning outside, moving, connecting, and experiencing everything our event has to offer.

From yoga and local vendors to artisans and community connection, we’re excited to bring something new to town this summer. Most importantly, events like this are made special by the people who show up, and we hope you’ll join us on June 6th. 💛🧘‍♀️

So grateful for the shoutout on our local news channel (thank you, Ritter Mortimer), inviting the community to our summer stretch series hosted in Salyersville City Park. Our first event is on 6/06 (pun intended 😉) less than a week away!
