A huge thank-you to everyone who enrolled in 4-H during the first month of the new 4-H year!

We’re excited to welcome new and returning members and look forward to seeing all the learning, projects, friendships, and opportunities this year will bring.

Families who qualified for the September enrollment promotion can expect their South Carolina 4-H membership shirts to be delivered to families and counties in November.

Missed the shirt promotion? Don’t worry. 4-H enrollment is open all year! Even if you missed out on the promotional shirt, you haven’t missed your opportunity to join 4-H, get involved, and be part of the 4-H experience.

There’s always room for you in 4-H!

• 5:30 p.m. — Beef Show
Saturday, October 3
• 9:00 a.m. — Rabbit Show
• 10:00 a.m. — Poultry Show
• 11:00 a.m. — Dairy Show
• 2:00 p.m. — Goat Show

Now Open—Clubs Start Next Week!

A few spots are still available in our sewing clubs.
Sewing Club — 3 spots left
- Meeting dates: October 5, January 18, and March 29
- Time: Generally 3:30–5:30 p.m. Meetings last about two hours.
- Cost: $30 total

Advanced Sewing Club — 3 spots left
Youth should have one to two years of sewing experience.
- Meeting dates: October 7, January 18, and March 31
- Time: Generally 3:30–5:30 p.m. Meetings last about two hours.
- Cost: $30 total

Specialty club dates and times are tentative and may change. Families will be notified of any updates.
