The West Shores Salton Sea Growth Association works with its members, represented cities, school district, and other organizations to further the area's economic status. The West Shores Growth Association is the premier resource and voice for business in our Community and those our Community utilizes. The Association provides business programs, services and networking opportunities to our members.

The West Shores Salton Sea Growth Association also serves as the visitor information clearing house for the surrounding area, promoting member visitor services when possible. I have received tentative approval to use the West Shores High School cafeteria for a town-hall style meeting to inform the west shores residents about what the State of CA and I.I.D. have in the way of plans for the Salton Sea Restoration and Renewable Energy Initiative (SSRREI). The topic of discussion will be in regards to health problems on the west shores due to dust and other contaminants from the Sea. Now, a date needs to be chosen in the next few months. Next hurdle is getting all of the players together.

For everyone who knows Linda Beale, I have bad news Linda's father Ben Beale, passed. There will be a memorial for Ben at the North Shore Beach & yacht Club March 26th at 1:00.
