Big day today for our friends at Utah State History, who released over 2,200 newly digitized Sanborn Fire Insurance maps! We at Salt Lake Modern are especially excited about the 1963 Salt Lake City set. Page #82 here chronicles the early modernist turn along South Temple, including the first IBM Building (1961) and the West Wing at the Enos Wall Mansion (1954).
