Mental health is essential to a thriving workforce and strong communities.

We're encouraged to see investments like Intermountain Health's new Behavioral Health Center at Alta View Hospital, which will expand access to critical mental health services for Utahns and their families.

As Utah grows, supporting mental health is key to improving quality of life, strengthening workforce participation and ensuring our communities remain places where people can thrive.

These priorities are central to Utah Rising, the Utah Chamber's initiative focused on workforce development, livability and long-term prosperity for our state.

Utah’s future prosperity depends on creating communities where families can succeed.

That’s why projects like Innovation Park at Holbrook Farms, by Ivory Innovations and Call to Action Philanthropies, are so encouraging. By combining affordable housing for essential workers with literacy and educational support for children, this new development addresses two of Utah’s most pressing challenges in one place.

Strong communities require attainable housing, educational opportunity and a workforce that can live and thrive where they work. These priorities are at the heart of , the Utah Chamber’s effort to advance solutions that support Utah’s long-term success.

Holbrook Farms resident Marie Wanlass said she had no idea a literacy center would be built in her community, but she was excited for it during the grand opening on Thursday.
