The Utah Chamber was proud to partner with the St George Area Chamber of Commerce and President and CEO Shawn Christensen to encourage Southern Utah business leaders to attend and engage in the Congressional District 3 debate, hosted by the Utah Debate Commission and PBS Utah, at Utah Tech University.

Day 4 in Washington, D.C. Our Utah business delegation dug into some of the federal policy issues shaping the environment in which businesses invest, innovate and grow.

We heard from Neil Bradley of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on the 3% growth imperative, Chad Whiteman on permitting reform and Jeff Tomkowitz on federal AI policy.

We wrapped up the day with Tim Stewart for a behind-the-scenes look at what’s happening in Washington.

It was a policy-packed day and an opportunity to connect national conversations back to the issues and opportunities facing businesses in Utah.
