Wednesday night reminded us why we do this work.
Gathering together at the , sharing a meal, music, crafts, and conversation. We felt truly close to one another. So much warmth, care, and connection filled the room, and it meant everything to see our community come together during a season that can be hard for so many.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who helped make this night possible:

Thank you to the Chartwells team for the delicious food, to the U of U Student Union for opening their doors and welcoming us so generously, to and for the joyful balloon installation, and to and for the beautiful florals that brought so much life into the space.

Since 2018, I’ve been part of the LOVELOUD foundation, and during that time I’ve heard so many stories about how isolating the holidays can be for q***r people. I’ve always wished we could create a space where nobody had to spend the season feeling alone.

That’s why I’m beyond grateful to announce “Home for the Holidays,” a free community dinner on December 10th at the University of Utah.

A night of food, connection, celebration, and chosen family!
