A peaceful Sunday creates a powerful week. Let's set up for both.

June is officially here and the momentum is real β€” but momentum without intention is just noise. Today is your invitation to slow down before you speed back up. Journal it out β€” write down your thoughts, your wins, and your worries. Clarity comes on paper. Recharge your energy β€” rest, unplug, and do something that actually fills your cup, not drains it. Set your week intention β€” what's your focus? What do you want to feel, do, and accomplish this week? Name it before Monday names it for you. Practice gratitude β€” a grateful heart creates a positive mindset and a positive mindset creates better outcomes. Prepare your environment β€” a clean space creates a clear mind. Set yourself up to win before the week even starts. Rest is productive. Reflection is powerful. Purpose is everything. πŸ’™

What's one thing you'll do today to reset and prepare for the week? Let us know below.

Character. Consistency. Commitment. That's how we build beyond the code.

This week's Soft Skill Saturday is about the habits that don't just make you a better professional β€” they make you a better person to be around. Listen to learn β€” the best leaders listen before they speak and seek to understand before they respond. Adapt and grow β€” change is constant, and your flexibility is what keeps you moving forward when everything else shifts. Manage your time β€” your time is your energy, and how you protect it determines how far you go. Communicate clearly β€” clear words build trust, and speaking with respect and confidence opens doors that skills alone can't. Be solution minded β€” bring ideas to the table, not excuses. Focus on what you can do, not what you can't. Small habits today. Big impact tomorrow. Keep showing up.

Which of these five is the one you're actively building right now? Share it in the comments β€” let's grow together.

Mental health isn't separate from reentry. It IS reentry.

When someone is navigating life after incarceration, they're not just looking for a job β€” they're often working through trauma, chronic stress, shame, and years of operating in survival mode. That weight is real, and it affects everything. At Persevere, we don't treat mental health as an afterthought or a side program. It's woven into everything we do. Because you can't build a stable future on an unstable foundation. Our approach is simple: make support approachable, reduce the stigma, and meet people exactly where they are β€” no judgment, no conditions. Real support. Real healing. Real progress. πŸ’™

Donuts come and go. But your potential? That's forever. Happy National Donut Day from Persevere! πŸ©β˜•

It's Code and Coffee Friday AND National Donut Day β€” which means today we're giving ourselves full permission to treat ourselves before we get back to the grind. But here's the thing about Persevere people: even on the fun days, the drive doesn't go anywhere. You can enjoy the donut AND keep going. You can celebrate the small moments AND stay locked in on the bigger picture. Treat yourself today β€” you've earned it. Then get back to building the future you came here for. Keep going. πŸ’™

What's your Friday treat of choice today β€” glazed, sprinkles, or chocolate? Drop it below and tell us what you're building this weekend

Every choice shapes your future. So which one are you choosing today? πŸ‘‡

This or That Thursday is back β€” but this week we're going deeper than preferences. We're talking about the choices that actually determine where you end up. Comfort zone or growth zone? Play it safe or take the risk? Wait for later or start today? Make excuses or make progress? Hold back or level up? Here's the truth nobody talks about enough: you can't have both. The comfort zone and the growth zone don't coexist. Playing it safe and taking the risk don't coexist. Every single day you're making a choice between who you are and who you're becoming. Choose your hard. Choose your future. πŸ’™

Pick your answers and drop them in the comments with the reason why. Which ones were easy? Which ones made you think?
