We did it. Our first-ever overnight camp is in the books. 🏔️
Three days, two nights of camping, climbing, and backpacking in the Uintas — an intro to the backcountry built for 12–14 year-olds.
We teamed up with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake (Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake) to bring six incredible kids into the mountains for the very first time. Over three days, they learned to backpack, set up camp, cook, navigate, practice Leave No Trace, basic first aid, and so much more.
The stoke was unreal. This group of kids showed up, pushed themselves, and walked away with new skills and a whole new relationship with the outdoors. I’m beyond proud of what we built together.
None of this would’ve been possible without YOU and our partners. And this is just the start. We can’t wait to host many more camps and create outdoor adventure opportunities for so many more kids.
