"To provide homeless males that have struggled with a previous addiction or incarceration a safe place where they may cultivate necessary life, vocational, and interpersonal skills. In doing so we will strive to decrease local recidivism rates in county jails as well as help rectify our rapidly growing homelessness problem in Salt Lake City."
