September Service and Support Opportunities

September 12th. Lehi’s National Day of Service. Organized by Lehi Serves. Lehi Rotary and friends are invited to help set up flags outside of the Legacy Center at 6:00 AM. Bring flashlights, gloves, small mallet or hammer.

September 19th. Curtis Center .05 K fun run event at Olympic Park 1769 N 2640 W. Lehi City will deliver tables and chairs to the park. Lehi Rotary and friends are invited to help set them up at 7:00 AM and take them down at approximately 12:30. A count of helpers is needed by September 12th. Please DM us here if you would like to be included.

The Curtis Center is a campus for individuals with intellectual disabilities to gather and gain support at each participant’s needed level. www.thecurtiscenter.org

September 26th. Fundraiser for the Barrowman Family. 37 year old Brandon is a devoted husband to his wife, Jill, and a loving father to their six young children (ages 11, 9, 7, 5, 3, and 9 months). As a public health nurse and the sole provider for his family.

Now, as Brandon and his family face the devastating challenges of an ALS diagnosis, they need the support, love, and generosity of their community more than ever.

The fundraising dinner and auction will be from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the Orem Friendship Center. All proceeds to Brandon and his family. Please see the attached flyer.

Ongoing: Meals on Wheels deliveries Monday-Friday. Please direct message us here if you are available during the 11:00 AM hour M-F.
