Sewa International invites you to join Therapeutic Yoga for Head, Neck & Back Pain, a virtual yoga series aimed at promoting relief, balance, and overall well-being. Led by a Certified Yoga Therapist, this specialized program will run from August 13th to 27th, with sessions held Monday to Friday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM CST.

Uttarkashi Cloud Burst Relief | In Collaboration with Kotak Mahindra

Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Sh. Pushkar Singh Dhami, flagged off the relief materials handed over by Sewa International, in collaboration with Kotak Mahindra, to support families affected by the recent Uttarkashi cloud burst.
Also present at the occasion was Sh. JP Mamgain ji, Trustee, Sewa International.
The materials include:

 500 Relief Kits

On August 5th, a devastating cloudburst and landslide struck Harsil Valley in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand, sweeping away homes, livelihoods, and lives in mere minutes. Families have lost everything. Over 50 people are missing, and rescue efforts are still underway.

A Day of Impact and Service
It was a truly productive and inspiring day thanks to the dedication and tireless efforts of our incredible volunteers.

Team 1 River Road Property Cleanup (in partnership with Operation Blessing):
10 volunteers rolled up their sleeves to clear debris inside and outside homes, sort personal belongings, clean salvageable items, cut fallen trees, and organize roadside piles for pickup. They also cleared the path to the river restoring both safety and hope.

Team 2 Hill Country Arts Foundation:
Another 10 volunteers tackled the removal of damaged materials, carefully separated salvageable items, moved heavy kilns, and removed drywall to help the space recover faster.

The gratitude from homeowners, partner organizations, and fellow volunteers was heartfelt. Our volunteers' selfless service truly made a difference.
Also a warm welcome to our 10 new Sewa volunteers - it’s wonderful to have you on board.
Special shout-out to Sewa's amazing youth warriors; your energy and commitment stood out, and we’re proud of you.
Kudos to each and every one of you.
Together, we serve better.
