Some of the most important people on every Crown Council humanitarian trip are the leaders who help set the tone. ❤️

At the Annual Event, we had the opportunity to recognize our 2025 Humanitarian Trip Leaders — Crown Council members who stepped up to lead, serve, encourage, organize, keep everyone safe and included, and help create an experience our teams will never forget.

Most importantly, they remind us why we’re there: we’re not just there to serve teeth. We’re there to serve people. To see them, love them, connect with them, and leave a little more of ourselves behind.

We’re grateful for these incredible leaders and for every Crown Council member who has joined us in serving around the world.

Another Smiles for Life Smiles For Life Foundation whitening campaign is in the books—and what an incredible year it has been. Together, Crown Council members, their teams, patients, and partners have once again shown what happens when dentistry comes together to do good. In just four months, more than $1 million was raised to support humanitarian dental care and charitable causes that change lives around the world.

To every doctor, team member, patient, Resource Partner, and to our friends at Ultradent—thank you. Your generosity, service, and commitment continue to prove that a simple smile can become something so much bigger.

One of the most memorable moments at the Crown Council Annual Event wasn’t about dentistry at all—it was about dancing.

Dr. Peter Lovatt, known as “Doctor Dance,” reminded us that movement has a powerful way of breaking down barriers, building trust, and bringing people together. We laughed, stepped outside our comfort zones, and discovered that sometimes the best team-building happens when everyone is simply having fun.

The strongest practice cultures aren’t built by training alone. They’re built through shared experiences that create connection, energy, and lasting memories🕺💃
