Crown Council Inc In 1996 a group of forward-looking dentists along with Steven J. Everyone who is part of the Crown Council agrees to share the very best of what they have.

As a Crown Council member you not only have access to all of the Crown Council’s educational resources but you also have access to the collective knowledge and insight of over 1,000 practices who, with you, are endeavoring to create a culture of success. Anderson, Walter Hailey and Greg Anderson, founded the Crown Council to provide a place where those who were committed to continual improvement could come together to share ideas and to create a culture of success personally, professionally, and in their respective communities. The value of the group is increased with each new member who is willing to share their experience, insight, and knowledge. Inside the Crown Council you will never practice alone.

Recognition matters. At our Annual Event, we celebrated with the Pearl Award—recognizing individuals and teams whose actions, attitudes, service and achievements were worth celebrating and emulating. There’s a simple principle behind recognition: What gets recognized gets repeated.

When we take the time to notice someone doing something great—and then celebrate it—we’re doing more than handing out an award. We’re showing everyone around us what matters. We’re reinforcing our values. We’re building culture.

Great team members deserve to be recognized. Great attitudes deserve to be recognized. Service, leadership, kindness, growth and going the extra mile deserve to be recognized. That’s what made the Pearl Awards so much fun. We had the opportunity to shine a light on some remarkable people who make everyone around them better.

Some of the most meaningful experiences in the Crown Council happen far outside the walls of the dental practice.

Each year, funds raised through the Smiles for Life Whitening Program help support four humanitarian trips to the Dominican Republic and Mexico—giving Crown Council doctors and team members the opportunity to serve together and provide much-needed dental care to communities in need.

What’s YOUR Pink Cadillac? 💗 One of the unforgettable moments of our 2026 Annual Event was Ryan Campbell reminding us that joy isn’t something we have to earn after all the work is done—it’s part of what gives us the strength to do the work well.

Through his incredible journey—from flying solo around the world, to surviving a devastating plane crash, to finding unexpected joy behind the wheel of a 1960 Pink Cadillac—Ryan challenged us to identify the things that fill our tanks, reconnect us with what matters most, and help us show up better in every part of our lives.

Months later, it’s still a question worth asking: What’s your Pink Cadillac? What brings you joy? What recharges you? And are you making enough room for it?

From the very beginning, the Crown Council was built on a simple idea: the very best get better when they learn from each other.

Our community brings together like-minded doctors who are willing to share their best ideas, learn from one another, and “copy genius.” When one member discovers something that works and is willing to share it, the entire Crown Council rises.
That’s why gathering face-to-face at the Annual Event matters so much. Whether it’s around a Mastermind table, over breakfast, or in conversations throughout the weekend, members have time to exchange ideas, challenge each other, create accountability, and return home with new ways to make their practices and teams better.
