Rachelle has built an impressive career in investing, finance, and entrepreneurship. Before launching Stalwart Ventures, she held leadership roles at Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan, where she helped launch J.P. Morgan’s private bank office in Utah. In 2022, she co-founded Stalwart Ventures, helping build a $61 million debut fund focused on backing and supporting promising early-stage companies.

Rachelle is passionate about helping founders grow, strengthening Utah’s entrepreneurial community, and connecting great companies with the capital and resources they need to succeed. She also serves on the board of World Trade Center Utah (WTC Utah) and continues to strengthen Utah’s business and investment community.

We are deeply honored to announce our Keynote Fireside Chat featuring two extraordinary leaders and legends whose impact spans the Olympic, investment, and entrepreneurial worlds. It is a true privilege to welcome both Fraser Bullock and Peter Vidmar to this year's Investors Choice Conference.

Fraser Bullock is co-founder of Sorenson Capital and President & Executive Chair of the Utah 2034 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. He helped lead the successful 2002 Winter Olympics and has spent decades building businesses, investing in entrepreneurs, and shaping Utah's innovation ecosystem.

Peter Vidmar is a two-time Olympic gold medalist, Olympic silver medalist, two-time U.S. Olympic Hall of Famer, and International Gymnastics Hall of Fame inductee. Beyond his legendary athletic career, he has built an accomplished career as a business executive, board member, investor, and leadership speaker, helping organizations apply the principles of Olympic excellence to business, entrepreneurship, and long-term success.

We are excited to announce the amazing Kristine Widtfeldt, aka K'dub, as our MC for Kinect Capital's 43rd Annual Investors Choice Conference on September 3!

Kristine is an absolute professional on stage and brings an energy that is hard to match. But what makes her even more impressive is the experience behind the microphone. She is a serial entrepreneur with four exits, has served as a CEO, CMO, and president, and has spent her career helping companies and entrepreneurs build, grow, and tell their stories.

She is now CMO at Cove and an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, where she teaches entrepreneurship marketing to future leaders. She is also a cofounder of the Utah Marketing Experience and continues to mentor and support entrepreneurs throughout Utah.

Kristine has MC'd our last two Investors Choice Conferences and always does an incredible job. This year, we are also excited to have her moderate our WeROC Panel.

We can't say enough good things about Kristine. She is talented, energetic, incredibly professional, and a true champion of Utah's entrepreneurial community.

We are honored to announce Jeanette Bennett as a member of our ICON Panel and a recipient of the Kinect Capital ICON Award!
For more than 25 years, Jeanette has been one of Utah’s great connectors, storytellers, and ecosystem builders. Through Utah Valley Magazine, Utah Valley BusinessQ, Bennett Communications, and countless community leadership roles, she has helped shine a spotlight on the entrepreneurs, companies, and leaders building Utah.

Jeanette’s contributions have earned her induction into the Silicon Slopes Hall of Fame and recognition as one of Utah’s Most Influential Women. She has also dedicated tremendous time to organizations including United Way of Utah County and Utah Valley University and now leads Colliers Utah.

Jeanette has been a true champion of Utah, and we are excited to recognize her contributions at the 43rd Annual Investor’s Choice Conference!

We are honored to recognize Ted McAleer with the Kinect Capital ICON Award and to have him join our ICON Panel for his lasting impact on Utah’s innovation economy. Ted is the Co-Founder and Board Chair of Park City Angels, Utah’s largest and most active angel investment group, and was the first Executive Director of USTAR – The Utah Science Technology and Research Initiative, helping lead one of Utah’s signature technology-based economic development initiatives.

His leadership has also included founding SPARC Health, serving as the first Managing Director of Pando and supporting technology commercialization through founding VBGS, and advancing defense innovation with the Defense Innovation Unit. For more than two decades, Ted has helped strengthen the people, companies, and organizations that make Utah’s startup ecosystem thrive.

He has also been a longtime mentor and supporter of Kinect Capital, generously sharing his time, experience, and connections to help our organization and entrepreneurs succeed. For these reasons and many more, Ted is incredibly deserving of this award, and we are grateful for everything he has done and continues to do to build and strengthen Utah’s innovation community.

We are excited and honored to welcome Tara Rosander to Kinect Capital's 43rd Annual Investors Choice Conference on September 3, for our WeROC Panel.

Tara has been an incredible leader and community builder in Utah’s business and entrepreneurial ecosystem. Her leadership includes serving as Deputy Commissioner and COO of GOED (Utah Governor's Office of Economic Development), Investment Committee Board Chair at the Nucleus Fund, and an Executive Board Member of the Women Tech Council. She is also a former board member of Kinect Capital and has been a valued mentor and supporter to countless startup founders.

We are grateful for everything Tara has done to strengthen Utah’s community of entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders, and we are thrilled to have her join us at this year’s Investors Choice Conference.

We are excited to welcome Sabrina Paseman, Co-Founder and General Partner at Omni Ventures, to our WeROC Panel at the 43rd Annual Investors Choice Conference. Omni Ventures invests in early-stage manufacturing technology, backing founders building AI, robotics, automation, digital engineering, and connected industrial systems that are transforming how products are designed and built. Sabrina will share practical insights on how startups can prepare for fundraising and successfully raise capital.
