East Liberty Park Community Organization (ELPCO) The specific area covered by ELPCO is defined by the boundaries of 700 E to 1300 E and 800 S to 1700 S, and Liberty Park. The ELPCO Chair is Kristina Robb.

We are a solutions-based Community Council recognized by SLC Ordinance building stronger, resilient and more equitable neighborhoods in the heart of Salt Lake City (Liberty Park to 1300 E and 800 S to 1700 S). The East Liberty Park Community Organization (ELPCO) is a local community organization that represents the residents and business in the East Liberty Park area of Salt Lake City, Utah. ELPCO

meetings are always the 4th Thursday of the month at 7pm in Tracy Aviary (SW Corner of Liberty Park).
