You know what we love to see? Women supporting women on bikes and making new friends and riding “roots” at Deer Valley!

These 2 lovely ladies on the right and left, Jane and Danielle, met at our annual Spring Moab Camping Trip. They were both on the trip for the first time. And both registered solo. Both had some trepidation about going on the trip by themselves. And what happens? Five women on the trip who signed up solo, all found each other, became friends, started a bike group chat, have been biking together all summer, and some have signed up for our Fall Camping Trip.

That is the such a part of our mission and vision: to get more women on bikes and meeting other women on bikes and getting out and riding bikes with the community, making new friends and riding places like Deer Valley on closing day.

These anecdotes remind us that bikes and friends are great in life; no matter what the age, skill level, or background.
