We're proud to support the next generation of beef advocates! šŸ¤ŽšŸ„

The Utah Beef Ambassador Program gives college students the opportunity to develop leadership and communication skills, connect with industry professionals, and help share the story of Utah beef with consumers across our state.

As an Utah Beef Ambassador, you'll also have the opportunity to work alongside the Utah CattleWomen's Association and an incredible team of fellow ambassadors while representing Utah's beef community at events throughout the year.

If you know a college-aged student who is passionate about agriculture and the beef industry, encourage them to apply!
We can't wait to welcome and work with the next team of Utah Beef Ambassadors. šŸ‘

Our very own, Laurie Munns was selected as the American National CattleWomen Educator of the Year while in Nashville. She has been at the forefront of beef education in Utah and has impacted the lives of 1000s through her knowledge and education. We are grateful for her and her example and are thrilled to be part of her story!! Congratulations Laurie!

Join us in celebrating our ANCW 2026 Educator of the Year — Laurie MunnsšŸŽ‰šŸ„©

This award recognizes a member of ANCW who has initiated and participated in innovative and high-quality programs in her local units or states in beef education.

Laurie’s dedication to the beef industry runs deep. She has faithfully served her county, state, and national organizations in a multitude of leadership roles, including serving as a committee member and host for five National Beef Cookoffs, and sitting on the Cattlemen’s Beef Board.

Wherever Laurie goes, she is a champion for beef — educating, advocating, and promoting our industry with passion, whether at her home ranch or on a national stage. Her commitment, leadership, and heart for education make her more than deserving of this honor. We are proud to recognize her work šŸ‚
