Access Development is looking for an A Player who is seeking a challenging position in driving results through our email marketing program. We’re hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to join our talented Product Marketing team in Salt Lake City. This is not a remote position. If you have a passion for creating email marketing programs that drive revenue and awareness, and can analyze results to increase the effectiveness of our campaigns, then this may be the perfect job for you!

The Email Marketing Specialist will be a key member of the Product Marketing team in developing the strategy and content for emails and will have a direct impact on the company’s revenue goals. You will work closely with our Product, Partnership Marketing and Business Intelligence teams to ensure continuous improvement with our campaigns. You will also have the opportunity to work on other non-email related product marketing projects.

👀 Job Responsibilities: (Partial)

✔️ Develop an email strategy by understanding our target market and create campaigns to drive users to use our discount platform.
✔️ Maintain an email marketing calendar with fully researched ideas to increase email opens and engagement with either first-time users or driving repeat usage.
✔️ Write high converting content for emails that include subject lines, headlines, body copy, and CTAs.
✔️ Optimize email user experiences, devise triggers, create and implement A/B testing strategy, select audience segments and QA test new campaigns.
✔️ Leverage reporting to effectively monitor and analyze campaign performance. Deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed. Use this data to enhance future campaigns.
✔️ Become an expert on Access products and our target audiences.

👀 Qualifications: (partial)

✔️ 2 to 3 years creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
✔️ Strong writing and editing skills.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent

Access Development is looking for an A Player to lead and motivate our exceptional Product Marketing team. You would be leading a highly dynamic team that produces both B2B and B2C marketing materials. At Access, the Product Marketing team works cross functionally with Product, Business Intelligence, Sales, Customer Support and Partnership Marketing to drive adoption and engagement of our product.

This position is located in our Salt Lake City office. This is not a remote position, but we do have a hybrid remote policy. Tuesdays and Thursdays, everyone is in the office. The rest of the week, we have the option to work remotely.

👀 Job Responsibilities: (Partial)

✔️ Provide leadership, mentorship and motivation for a group of 5 product marketers.
✔️ Drive both the strategy and ex*****on across the customer and client lifecycle.
✔️ Become a subject matter expert on our product and features.
✔️ Use both your creative and analytical skills to enhance our marketing programs.
✔️ Create strategies to educate our clients on our products/features and create content so they can market their programs successfully.
✔️ Track and analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements.
✔️ Determine product marketing priorities and manage projects from end to end leveraging your team.
✔️ Monitor industry and marketing trends to stay abreast of the latest developments.

👀 Qualifications: (partial)

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.
✔️ 7 to 10 year of business experience with at least 5 years in product marketing and 3 years of managing a team.
✔️ Demonstrated experience in content writing, developing positioning and messaging and go-to-market strategies.
✔️ Talented writer who can craft compelling messages to engage audiences.
✔️ Great communication skills with the ability to present in front of executives, clients and prospects.
✔️ Ability to execute on multiple projects with tight deadlines while prioritizing the work to make the most impact on OKRs.
✔️ Proven management skills – hiring, managing, coaching, motivating and rewarding employees.
