In the days following the commemoration of our country's independence 128 years ago, we continue to reflect on the many ways Filipino heritage is shared, preserved, and celebrated across generations and communities.
𝗔𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲. Through food, Filipino-owned businesses demonstrate how culture, connection, and community flourish.
PACCI-Utah is proud to count many food and beverage businesses among our members and remain committed to supporting their growth and success. We also take great pride in celebrating Filipino entrepreneurs across the nation whose work showcases the best of our culture and entrepreneurial spirit.
Last month, while on official business for National ACE Capitol Hill Day, 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗝𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 had the opportunity to visit , a Filipino-owned establishment that has become a gathering place for the Filipino American community in the nation's capital. Over the years, it has welcomed everyone from local residents and visitors to distinguished guests, including representatives of the Philippine government, while continuing to share Filipino culture through hospitality and cuisine.
