The 2026 Hobé Grand Prix will go down as one for the books, and we already can't wait to do it all again. Until next summer, campers. Keep racing. 🏎️

They start at home. 💛 Today we're celebrating camp parents and guardians: the ones who trust us with their whole world for a week, who pack the bags, drive the miles, and hold everything together the other 51 weeks of the year 🥰We see you, and we're so grateful for you. It's an honor to love your kids for a week each summer. You're the reason they show up brave! Happy Parent Appreciation Day!

Every family at Camp Hobé pays almost nothing-- $10 to $35 registration per camper, depending on the session, with early registration discounts on top of that.

We keep it that way on purpose. These illnesses hit families hard financially, and we believe no child should ever miss out on summer camp because of money.

But keeping camp affordable for families means we rely on grants, donations, and people who believe camp matters. You can be one of those people.

Even $20 covers a family outing for a camper, and every gift is tax deductible with 100% going to camp.

Whatever you can give, it goes further than you think.

Camp Hobe quite literally would not run without the help of our amazing volunteers and staff. We want to take a minute and show some love to:

-Our program directors, for bringing the Hobé Grand Prix vision to life
-Our cabin counselors who made sure every single kid felt safe and cared for
-Activity leaders who turned adventures, crafts, music, and field games into memories they'll remember forever
-Our kitchen crew, cooking for a full camp in the summer heat without ever losing their smiles
-Our volunteers, who gave their time off & showed up early and stayed late every day
-All our medical staff who made it possible for kids in active treatment to just be summer campers for a week
-Lifeguards who tirelessly watched over a pool full of crazy kiddos!
...And the photographers who caught it all, so families like the ones reading this can hold onto this summer forever.

THANK YOU. From the bottom of our heart. We couldn't do this without these heroes.

Let us tell you guys... this month was full of SO much fun -- real, genuine, can't-stop-laughing fun! 🫶

But underneath all that fun, all the games and races and pool days, something deeper was happening:

Kids who spent months in hospitals got to just be kids again.

New friendships started, the kind where you meet someone on day one and by lunch you're inseparable.

Kids, teens, and juniors alike got to show up as themselves, express whatever they were feeling, and never once be judged for it.

And the memories from camp? These campers are going home with a whole week of proof that life can still be good, still be loud, still be full of joy.

That's what made this month matter.

That's why we do this every summer, and why we'll do it for many more to come.🥰

These campers did it all!! Some became experts in archery, the pool was absolutely loaded with floaties, they made their own race flags, and we even had a little Hobe Grand Prix race of our own! 👀 This was a fun-filled week these campers won't forget anytime soon!
