We are pleased to announce our newest board member, Chandra Garcia. Here are a few facts:

Musical experience: Early advanced piano enthusiast & Chopin fanatic (numerous eons ago)
Former career: Commercial Real Estate
Role at UCG: Marketing and Community Outreach
Why UCG?: "Because guitar is the best instrument"

Chandra was also a staff writer at the Daily Utah Chronicle, and her UCG focus is a new community news section for our monthly newsletter. What is "community news"? Studio, student, and performance updates...i.e. "Anything and everything guitar."

DM UCG with your guitar status, news, alerts, successes, and dreams. She'll incorporate it into our email that will be hitting your inboxes in less than two weeks. It's going to be great!
