Join us for Watch This!, a free film screening—open to the public at UMOCA.

This screening features original short films from some of our most seasoned filmmaking students, where they've tapped into their creativity, getting experimental with their voice, storytelling, cinematography, and creativity. With no limits except a shared theme (this year's is "good intentions"), they're pushing boundaries and breaking industry norms to bring a new, intentional, and highly stylized approach to filmmaking. This is a pivotal leadership role, bringing together a deep commitment to arts education and positive youth development with strategic oversight of our programs, partnerships, and social enterprise, Phase 2 Productions.

We’re looking for a visionary, collaborative leader who is energized by building systems that support young people as artists, storytellers, and engaged community members—equipped to navigate and shape a complex world. This role leads a team of program directors and, through a shared vision, will guide the future of our media arts programming for youth ages 8–25, strengthen partnerships across Utah, and advance a sustainable model that integrates earned revenue with mission-driven impact.
