Read the full article [linked in bio]. It is a thoughtful conversation touching on injustice, migration, and ecocide while staying closely tied to the practical realities of creating work.

loveDANCEmore believes in education. Utah’s collective value of dance is rare and something to be celebrated. Help us fund Dance Education in the Intermountain West!

Earlier this year in an interview with 15 bytes, our founder, Ashley Anderson, discussed the changes to the university systems and their potential impact on the future of dance in Utah.

Part of loveDANCEmore’s mission is to support the development of dance artists and choreographers here in Utah by retaining the artists educational systems have cultivated.

If you believe in opportunities for artists, both in K-12 initiatives and growth, learning, and curiosity in the professional sphere. Consider making a donation, linked in our bio!

We are ALMOST to our NEW goal of $7,500. Help us towards the finish line in whatever way you can!

And of course, read the full interview with 15 bytes in our bio.

Any amount big or small helps. Help us fund our future!

As we dream of 2026, we find ourselves reimagining what’s needed most.
What’s new for the journal?
Our archive of dance writing for 15 years?
We’re more interested in ideas circulating between artists, rather than traditional reviews. You may have already noticed this shift in our recent publications — critical discourse that forwards artistry together. Read more about our editor’s plan for the journal in our interview with 15 bytes [link in bio]

We’re not crying, you’re crying! 🥹🥹
Listen to this heartwarming video from Resident Artist, Stephanie García! She talks about our impact, not only her career, but the way we have supported other independent dancemakers’ careers as well.

She is 100% right. We need your support and this end of year campaign is helping us maintain our robust programming. It’s how we continue to branch out and fund the various programs that are essential to the ecosystem of Salt Lake City dance.

Funds are tight, it’s a wild world out there! We get it! But if you have any extra to give, please consider supporting loveDANCEmore. We love you all so much.

Link to donate in our bio! And while you’re there, read more about and her work ⭐️
