⚖️ The Utah Law Student Mentoring (ULSM) Program pairs law students with volunteer attorneys for one-on-one mentorship, career guidance, and professional support. Students gain insight into law school and different areas of practice while expanding their professional networks.

📣 Today is the LAST DAY to register for the 2026 UCLI & Kirton McConkie Pre-Law Symposium!

📚 The Symposium will take place on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM at the BYU Law School. This free, full-day event brings together aspiring legal professionals from across Utah to explore the path to law school through admissions guidance, engaging panels with law students and attorneys, a mock law class, networking opportunities, and an inspiring keynote speaker. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, and travel stipends are available for eligible attendees.

UCLI says a heartfelt farewell to the Summer 2026 Ambassadors (pictured: Carolina Yauyo, Eduardo Rios, Holden Cheney, and Ryan Calvert) and Community Champion Intern, Samuel Hill, as we wrap up the 2026 summer semester!

Throughout the summer, the Ambassadors and Community Champion Intern brought thoughtfulness and dedication to UCLI’s work. From supporting the Back-to-School Drive and PLEDGE programming to campus outreach and other UCLI initiatives, they made a meaningful impact while helping advance UCLI’s mission.

We are incredibly grateful for all they contributed during their time with UCLI and are excited to see what lies ahead in their journeys.

🎉 Last call to sign up for the Fall 2026 UCLI Ambassador Program! The Ambassador Program is a formal volunteer initiative for undergraduate students and recent graduates who are passionate about law, public service, and creating opportunity.

📚 Ambassadors support UCLI’s mission by promoting programs and resources on college campuses and in surrounding communities, particularly to K–12 students exploring pathways to law. They also contribute to initiatives such as social media, PLEDGE programming, and other outreach projects. Ambassadors gain access to UCLI’s Career & Law Readiness Series on Thursdays from 11 am - 12 pm, connecting them with mentors, legal professionals, and hands-on learning opportunities, as well as pre-law resources to support their journey to law school.
