📚 UCLI is incredibly grateful to the Family Law Executive Committee (FLEC) for their generous donation - their third award to UCLI in recent years.

⚖️ FLEC is a group of dedicated attorneys who practice family law in Utah, support the professional development of family law practitioners, and serve their community in many meaningful ways. Their mission is to enhance the practice of family law in Utah and elevate the standards of the profession through participation in the legislative process, mentoring new practitioners, publishing scholarly works, and providing legal education offerings.

🎉 The recent award from FLEC is intended to support the students currently applying to law school as part of UCLI’s Pre-Law Fellowship program. The 2026 Fellowship cohort has at least five individuals who are interested in family law as a future practice area, and we hope this donation will fuel the common mission of FLEC and UCLI in supporting the next generation of attorneys.

If you're near Orem, stop by in person or place an order online and help support local students. ⚖️ The YLD is one of the largest and most active organizations within the Utah State Bar, serving attorneys 36 years of age and under, as well as members who have been admitted to the Bar for fewer than ten years.

📚 This free, full-day event includes guidance on the law school application process, panels with law students and practicing attorneys, a mock law class, and networking with pre-law students from across Utah. 🎉 Every year, the Litigation Section of the Utah State Bar allocates a portion of its budget for charitable donations and sponsorships of events or awards that meet the Section’s goals for advancing the legal profession and promoting the professional and ethical practice of law.

⚖️ UCLI is proud to announce that it has been awarded a donation from the Litigation Section for the fourth consecutive year. The Litigation Section’s donations go towards the Pre-Law Fellowship program, supporting the next generation of attorneys as they make active steps towards applying for and being accepted into law school.

📚 These awards support graduating law students preparing for the July 2026 Bar Exam, helping offset critical preparation and registration costs. Selected based on financial need, community involvement, and commitment to Utah’s legal field, this year’s recipients represent both the S.J. Quinney College of Law and the J. Reuben Clark Law School.

🎉 The Business Law section of the Utah State Bar recently provided a meaningful donation to the Utah Center for Legal Inclusion.

📚 Business law deals with the forming of business entities, as well as matters like business litigation and advice on issues like shareholder rights, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and other topics. This section actively provides CLE programming, peer networking and public service opportunities for attorneys in Utah and is an engaged part of the community.

⚖️ UCLI is incredibly grateful to the Business Law section leadership for their support and generosity - it makes a real difference in the lives of future attorneys across the state!
