New name. Same mission!

Here at SLAM we are excited to announce that after a year of partnering with (a rock band performance program like our "Crew" program located in Bountiful, UT) we have officially combined into one organization called Applied Music Programs (AMP).

AMP's mission is the same as SLAM's: to provide joyful, accessible, and experiential music education programs. We do this through private lessons, our group performance programs, and more, all with scholarships available to those who need them.

Last week, Mike Snow, co-founder of Boston Calling Music Festival, took time to speak with SLAM Crew students about his career in festival production. He shared how he and his friend built Boston Calling into a premier festival, later acquired by . As a nonprofit music school, we are committed to giving real-world experiences like this to any student, regardless of their financial situation.
