CALLING ALL HAIR STYLISTS!

We’re looking for compassionate hairstylists willing to donate their time once every two months for two hours to provide haircuts for women in need.

These are simple dry haircuts only. No shampooing is required, and styling is completely optional.

A haircut can do so much more than change someone’s appearance, it can restore confidence, dignity, and hope.

Many of the women we serve are rebuilding their lives, overcoming challenges, and working hard to get back on their feet. Your kindness can remind them that they are seen, valued, and loved.

Come with us to make a difference.

Every time I walked through those prison doors, I am reminded that God sees beyond labels, mistakes, and circumstances. He sees His daughters. He sees their pain, their potential, and the purpose He still has for their lives.

This work is deeply personal to me because I know the power of God’s grace. I know what it means to be transformed, restored, and given a new beginning. That is why Kourageous Vision exists, to meet women where they are and remind them that their story is not over.

We are committed to more than a visit or a conversation. We are committed to their journey of encouragement, mentorship, faith, and support. We believe lasting transformation happens through connection and meaningful relationships.

At Kourageous Vision our mission is to walk alongside women for the long haul, to bring light into dark places, hope into broken circumstances, and truth into hearts that may have forgotten their worth.
We believe that no mistake is too great for God’s mercy, no past is beyond His redemption, and no prison wall can keep His love from reaching women.

As Philippians 1:6 reminds us, “Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion.”

That promise is the foundation of our hope and the heartbeat of our mission. God is not finished writing our stories.

What an incredible time at the Rose Park Festival!

Kourageous Vision had the honor of connecting with so many amazing people, hearing heartfelt stories, sharing hope, and experiencing the true spirit of community. The energy, kindness, and support throughout the day reminded us how powerful it is when a community comes together.

A huge thank you to the Rose Park Council and the Rose Park community for your support, hospitality, and commitment to creating connection and opportunity for all. We are grateful to stand alongside such passionate people making a difference every day.
