A non-profit community service corporation that aims research, development, and community development globally. مؤسسة خدمة مجتمعية لا ربحية تهدف للبحث والتطوير والتنمية لتقديم مستوى عالي من الحلول التي تصب في مصلحة خدمة المجتمعات عالمياً وقد نشأت الفكرة وتمت مناقشتها وطرحها منذ عام 2011 وتطويرها لتصبح تطبيقية في العام 2014 ومن تم حفظ الحقوق الملكية للفكرة وهذا المفهوم الخاص بالإقتراض التشاركي التعاوني في عام 2017 حتى تاريخ تأسيسها كمنشأة لا ربحية في عام 2020 ومقرها بولاية يوتاه الأمريكية .
