Rori became involved in prevention more than 20 years ago because she witnessed some of her own friends and family struggling with substance misuse and abuse. She decided to make prevention her career and has had the opportunity to work at the state level, serve on a coalition, work under federal grants, and is now managing a federal prevention contract. Most importantly, she has some skills to help her own children with the social skills necessary to refuse substances and stay healthy mentally and physically.
