This was inspired by another whimsy girlie on the internet whom I now can’t find :( but made a billion tiny ceramic ladybug buttons to act as my emotional support whimsy through spring. It worked. Now I need to make one for if she’d ever get me her measurements. 🐞

Back. At. It. And actually made some really lovely things today. I’m hoping I get some kiln luck back!
Had a fun day reminding .lynb the ropes of pottery and she absolutely killed it. It’s hard to be new at something and I’m proud of her persistence.
Plus her glazed pieces are gonna look amazing.

It’s been a time, you guys. I’ve had all kinds of things going on and I just needed a BREAK. I’m slowly working my way back to creative things and am finding joy again in turning old broken things into new useables again. Stay tuned for things to come.

This is an that got a hole in it when my friend got excited about dog companionship and tried to hold the little buddy in the hammock. He put his leg through it. And then naturally squirmed a lot, lol. Needless to say, it took me a while to devise exactly how I’d amateurly fix this, but here we are and I’m proud of the work. Hopefully it holds up.
