Greetings Everyone,
I got word this afternoon from ARRL Utah Section Manager Brett Pruitt, K7BDP, that tomorrow morning's monthly Utah Section ARES Net will continue in its present format through the end of the year. This means there is no expectation for all county ECs to hold individual check-in nets prior to the statewide net tomorrow morning.
Join us on 75 meters tomorrow (Saturday, November 15th) at 0800 MT on 3920 kHz. Brett will conduct net control, and we'll be looking for individual check-ins as in past sessions.
Please be courteous to the MARA Rocky Mountain Net meeting on that same frequency from 0730-0800. In particular, please move at least + 5 kHz off 3920 when tuning up, as your radio emits enough signal to cause distracting heterodynes otherwise.
