Today, we were back at the Utah Supreme Court in our ongoing legal battle with the state of Utah over the abortion ban.

Today’s hearing was not about the abortion ban itself, but about the State’s attempt to move our case to a newly created unconstitutional three-judge panel court.

Utahns deserve the right to a fair process and to their constitutionally protected right to make decisions about their bodies and futures. We will keep fighting to protect both.

Most importantly, abortion remains legal in Utah up to 18 weeks, as it has since 2022.
