Congratulations to our very own Marley Abell for being the most recent Melvin Jones Award recipient.

The Melvin Jones Award is the highest honor bestowed by Lions Club International which recognizes individuals for significant humanitarian contributions and sustained commitment to community service.

Marley, who has served as our Sallisaw Lions Club Rodeo Chairman since 2009, has exemplified these traits within our community for several years. We are proud to have him within our club and appreciate all of his efforts year to year. Congratulations Marley!
