Happy Veterinary Appreciation Day, Dr. Paula Haraway 🐾

Today we want to recognize and celebrate the incredible veterinarian behind Sequoyah Animal Advocates, Dr. Paula Haraway, DVM.

Dr. Haraway has dedicated her life to improving the health and well-being of animals throughout our community. Her compassion, knowledge, and commitment to affordable veterinary care have been the driving force behind the creation of SAA and our mission to make preventive care accessible to pet owners in Sequoyah County and beyond.

We are grateful for her leadership, her generosity, and the countless lives she has touched throughout her career. Please join us in thanking Dr. Haraway for her dedication to animal welfare and wishing her a very Happy Veterinary Appreciation Day! 🤍

📣 Courtesy Rehoming Post, NOT located at our clinic📣

We are helping share these two sweet dogs in hopes of finding them a loving new home after their owner recently passed away. Please note: these dogs are NOT located at Sequoyah Animal Advocates, and we are only sharing this post for the family.

🐾 Oreo – 12-year-old spayed female black & white mix
🐾 Adam – 6-year-old neutered male yellow Lab

Both are house-trained but love being outside! The owner’s family is unable to keep them and would love to find them a safe, caring home.

Thank you for being patient with us this last month while we attended exciting family events & had to close more frequently than we would like.
