Purfect Purbaby Rescue Helping NC Cats and Kittens in Rowan County, NC Purfect Purbaby Rescue is an all-volunteer, North Carolina non-profit organization.

Through our rescue efforts and the help of our foster network we find loving homes for cats and kittens abandoned in high-kill shelters. Our rescue relies on the generosity of individuals to help us continue saving lives. We receive no grants or government funding of any kind.
