God is everso amazing!! I went to the local convenience store to pick up a few things. As I was walking back to my car a gentleman asked me for change to buy a single cigarette from the cashier. I said “Sir, I paid for my items with a card but let me check. Will they even let you buy a single?” He said I don’t know, I hope so. I ended up having about $1.50 in total change and I gave it to him. I asked “Have you eaten?”, he said no. I said follow me. I got him a 1/2 lb of wings and a cheap pack of ci******es. I know some may say I shouldn’t have bought the ci******es, but the to***co industry keeps them bound to the ni****ne. He thanked and hugged me so tight as tears were coming down his face. He told me he’s 65 and the last of 13 kids. It broke my heart. But he had a smile on his face and a peppier step as he walked away. This is why I do what I do. Whether they’re a member of LNCSC or not. Thanking GOD for my parents, especially my Dad Rev. William Smith whom is having a Heavenly Birthday today. Happy Birthday Dad!! Your Eldest Daughter as you would call me, is hanging in there. ‘Til we meet again ❤️
