Harbor Pointe Community Association

Located in Wicomico County, Harbor Pointe was one of the first planned communities within the city of Salisbury. More amenities are in the planning stage.

Harbor Pointe is located in Wicomico County and was one of the first planned communities within the city of Salisbury. Although it is located outside the formal city limits, you must pass through Harbor Pointe to get to downtown Salisbury. As a result, Harbor Pointe has city water, police and all services available from the city of Salisbury. Harbor Pointe is a very unique community consisting of

a diverse selection of single family homes, an assisted living facility and even its own shopping area. We have a wide range of activities that we believe create a better and more active place to live including Easter Egg Hunts, Ice Cream Socials, Picnics and Halloween Parties. As our community grows, more activities are sure to follow. Our amenities have developed a sense of community by bringing residents together to socialize and play. These amenities include tennis courts, a playground, blacktop area, baseball diamond, horse shoe pits and volleyball net. Beautification is a huge priority for our community and with the help of volunteers we are constantly working on projects to improve and maintain landscaping and overall neighborhood appeal. We welcome you to visit us and when you are looking for just the right home and community, choose Harbor Pointe.

Here is an amazing opportunity to host some wonderful students visiting from Spain. A few families in our neighborhood experienced this last year and are agian this year. Our neighborhood is a great location to host.

Reach out to Josie Rodriguez (educator at Pemberton Elementary) sign up or at least learn more.

They are looking to house both boys and girls for about a month this summer.

Please use caution when driving through the neighborhood.

If you’re giving candy away tonight, please have your porch lights on. If you are not, please have your porch lights off.

We should have A LOT of kids trick or treating in our neighborhood tonight.
