๐‚๐š๐ง๐จ๐ฉ๐ข๐ข ๐€๐๐ฏ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ฌ ๐“๐จ ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐† ๐’๐ฉ๐ž๐ž๐œ๐ก ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง

Each year, more than 30,000 Toastmasters compete in one or more speech contest categories. Michele Canopii successfully won the International Speech category of the Area 71 Contest which was held earlier this month in Dover DE. Her winning speech was titled โ€œMoment In Timeโ€. It focused on the power of our senses, and how they can trigger a host of memories, both positive and negative. Canopii, a member of the Delmarva Toastmasters Club will represent Area 71 in the Division G Speech Competition which will be held on Saturday, March 21. It will begin at 10:30 AM at the Georgetown Public Library, 123 W Pine Street in Georgetown, DE.
