Did you have a nice weekend, or are you glad it’s over? What would you like to get done or work toward this week?

The Fall colors are really starting to pop, and we encourage you to take a moment and enjoy the scenery. Whether you have the opportunity to gaze upon an entire forest or a single sapling, don’t let it pass you by 😉🍁🍂

A huge thank you to the Saline Area Fire Department for visiting between storytimes with our Tot Spot friends and Preschool Pals!

Families had the best time listening to stories, exploring the fire truck up close and seeing all of the important equipment on board, and meeting some of our local heroes. We appreciate the time they took with some of our youngest patrons, and of course everything they do to keep our families safe! 🚒📚❤️

Every year, Ann Arbor Family Press hosts its "Family Favorites" and asks families to vote in several categories. SDL is once again in the running for Favorite Library Branch (under the Places & Spaces category), and the candidate pool is the biggest we've seen yet. Anyone can vote online once per day per email address through October 15. We would love to be the area's favorite library for the 8th year in a row!
