October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Abuse isn’t always visible. It can include threats, isolation, controlling money, or making someone afraid to say no.

If this feels familiar, you deserve support. You do not have to have everything figured out to ask for help.

If someone you love is experiencing abuse, start with: “I believe you. You don’t deserve this. How can I support you?” Listen without judgment and leave room for their choices.

LFC will be partnering with the agency, Holding on to Hope, to offer a free, beginner-friendly introduction to AI and how to make the most of these powerful tools.

The workshop will be taught in Spanish and is open to anyone interested in learning about AI and how to utilize it.
