Relay For Life of Salinas is the American Cancer Society’s signature fundraising event. It is a 4-hour community event that celebrates the lives of cancer survivors, remembers those who have lost their lives to cancer, and fights back again a disease that continues to take too much. In order to keep this community a place to educate, encourage & empower others, we will need to follow a few guideli

The heroes of Salinas showed up on their own. 🦸💜

Last night at the DGDG Does Good (Salinas Honda) kickoff party, supporters, volunteers, and sponsors came together — capes, cowls, and all — ready to fight cancer.

A big thank you to Al Feria and the crew at Salinas Honda, who are once again proud supporters of Relay For Life of the Salinas Valley. Over 20 years of showing up. That's what a hero looks like!

We were also honored to recognize iHeartMedia for their incredible support of Relay — with DJ Biz (Rynell Showbiz Williams) accepting the award on their behalf. 💜

And yes — the Batmobile was in the building. The all-new 2026 Honda Civic is up for grabs again this year, Tickets are available now. Our road team is out at events all over the Salinas Valley this year.

This week, we gathered with our incredible leadership team to kick off the Relay For Life season.

Not all heroes wear capes… but at our kickoff party, many of them did.

We saw so much energy at the evening’s launch that we know it’s going to carry us forward into this year’s Relay season.
