💻🌟 FREE COMPUTER CLASSES FOR SENIORS IN WATSONVILLE! 🌟💻

Are you 60 or older and interested in learning how to use technology with confidence? Join LFC for a FREE hands-on digital literacy workshop designed specifically for seniors!

📅 Workshop Dates: June 9, 11, 22 & 23
⏰ Time: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
📍 Location: Watsonville Community Center, 114 E. 5th Street, Watsonville

During these workshops, you'll learn:
✅ How to use a computer
✅ How to stay safe online
✅ How to create documents
✅ Basic digital skills for everyday life

🌟 SIEDI Partner Win: Creating Pathways to Opportunity 🌟

At LFC, we believe that digital skills, workforce development, and community partnerships can change lives.

Through our partnership with the Salinas Inclusive Economic Development Initiative (SIEDI) and local employers, participants gained valuable career readiness skills, increased confidence, and access to employment opportunities.

📈 Program Highlights:
✅ 37 individuals received workforce services
✅ 11 participants secured employment
✅ 8 participants were hired at Joby
✅ 92% hire rate among participants who completed interviews
✅ Participants reported a 25% increase in career readiness confidence
✅ Joby hires experienced an average 98% increase in annual salary

These outcomes demonstrate what is possible when nonprofits, employers, and community partners work together to create meaningful opportunities for local residents.

Loaves, Fishes & Computers is incredibly grateful to the Pebble Beach Company Foundation for their generous $7,500 grant award supporting our AI-Focused Internet & Social Media Safety Workshops for Students & Youth. 💻🤖

This funding will help us provide students with hands-on education focused on:

✅ Protecting personal information online
