Five taken in yesterday for S/N, 4 female, 1 male, all from the same colony, but one of the females had to be euthanized. She was unthrifty, ulcers in mouth and a good sized tumor between her toes on back foot. She happened to be a friendly living at the colony. RIP sweet girl. ❤️ bestliferescue.org

Miss Holly. Our Hitchcock Road Animal Services bottle baby from months ago. Holly is 6 months old, fixed, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treatment and microchipped. Holly is a love bug, she will sit on your lap every chance she gets. She is waiting for her person to fill out her application. We ended our TNR week with 10 street kitties fixed! We trapped 12 but 1 kitty passed away during neuter recovery and 1 kitty was already fixed (we gave him an ear tip!).

Five kitties were taken to Reichstadt VetCare Clinic (posted earlier this week), 1 kitty to Steinbeck Country Small Animal Clinic and 6 to SPCA Monterey County. We appreciate all local clinics for their care and compassion for community street kitties. ❤️
