Church League softball is right around the corner!

This opportunity to compete and have fun is invaluable to the men in our program.

We are needing some gloves, if anybody has any they would like to donate.

Or even to loan.

Let us know if you would like to help!

Nothing says team bonding like a little friendly fire and a lot of paint!

Today the Reckless Saints took on the paintball course.. and let’s just say, some of us discovered we’re better at hiding than aiming 😂

But every laugh, every sprint, and every neon splatter was a reminder of something bigger…

You don’t need substances to feel alive.
You don’t need anything artificial to build real connections.
Sometimes all it takes is good people, a little adrenaline, and the willingness to look ridiculous together

We’re out here proving that fun, freedom, and friendship hit harder when they’re 100% substance-free.

Who’s ready for the next outing?

03/23/2026

We’re currently in need of someone who can help us replace a shower stall at our facility. One of our stalls has developed a crack in the floor, and we want to get it fixed as soon as possible to keep things safe and functional for the men in our program.

If you have experience with this type of work—or know someone who does—we would greatly appreciate your help! Whether it’s donating your time, offering a discounted rate, or simply pointing us in the right direction, it all makes a difference.

Thank you for continuing to support the mission of The Reckless Saints and the lives being changed here every day.

Please message us directly or comment below if you can help!

5 of our men made their public declaration of faith this morning!

Baptism represents our old life being crucified with Christ and raised a new creation.

It's by His blood we are saved!

So proud of these guys!!!

2 Corinthians 6:2

For God says, “At just the right time, I heard you. On the day of salvation, I helped you.” Indeed, the “right time” is now. Today is the day of salvation.

"At just the right time I heard you"

In the depths of active addiction, many feel isolated, as if their prayers are hitting a ceiling or their cries for help are unheard. This verse offers a profound reassurance: God is not distant. He is an active listener. The "right time" often feels like hitting rock bottom, but in that moment of surrender, the connection is made. It suggests that your cry for help wasn't a moment too late or a moment too early.. it was the precise moment grace was ready to meet your need.

"On the day of salvation I helped you"

Recovery is rarely a solo journey. This segment emphasizes that salvation (and by extension, deliverance from substances or behaviors) involves divine partnership. It shifts the burden from "I have to fix myself" to "I am being helped." In recovery, "salvation" isn't just a future promise of heaven; it is the daily rescue from the cravings and cycles that keep us bound.

"The right time is now, today is the day of salvation"

The most dangerous word in addiction is "tomorrow." We tell ourselves we will quit tomorrow, or we will start going to recovery meeting next week. This verse shatters that illusion. It calls for the "radical presence" required in recovery. You don’t have to stay sober for ten years; you only have to be saved from the next drink or the next hit today.

UPDATE: He has found a job! Thank you to everyone who shared our post and gave us great leads! We couldn't do this without you!

Reckless family — we’re asking for your help again.

One of our guys who has been in the program for about 9 months is needing a job in the Pryor, Salina, Locust Grove area.

He was recently employed and working hard, but, that position ended last week. Unfortunately, that sometimes happens.. but what matters most is that he is still showing up, staying sober, and ready to keep moving forward.

Right now, getting back to work quickly is important. Structure, responsibility, and momentum matter in this season — and he is motivated and prepared to start immediately.

He has experience in:
• Electrical
• Warehouse
• Construction
• And he is open to any opportunity

He has reliable transportation (us), he is coachable, and grateful for the chance to work. We are doing everything we can to support him, and we’re asking our community to help us open a door.

If you are hiring or know someone who is, please message us directly. Even a share could make all the difference.

This is what community looks like — standing beside someone who is doing the work and refusing to give up.

Thank you for always supporting our guys.

Two men.
Arms stretched wide.
Praising the Name above every name.

Let us tell you something about these two.

They are not soft. Not by any measure of the word.
They didn’t drift into comfort. They clawed their way out of chaos.

Both of these men came from trenches most people only see in movies.
Both lived lives that would make the average person shiver.
They fought. They survived. They hardened.

And then… they surrendered.

Not because they were weak.
But because they were finally strong enough to lay it down.

The world says real men don’t cry.
Real men don’t kneel.
Real men don’t raise their hands.

But real men know who rescued them.

Real men know what it means to be pulled from darkness.
Real men recognize the voice of the One who broke chains they couldn’t break themselves.
Real men aren’t afraid to lift scarred hands in worship of the One who set them free.

These aren’t men who found religion.
These are warriors who met Jesus.

And when you’ve been dragged out of hell,
when your chains fall off,
when your past no longer owns you—

you don’t stand still.

You raise your hands.

Because strength isn’t pretending you don’t need saving.
Strength is surrendering to the Savior.

This is what freedom looks like.
This is what redemption looks like.
This is what real men do.

We’ve had the privilege of watching men walk out of addiction and into real, lasting freedom. Not because they’re perfect, not because they are lucky, but because they’re willing to be honest, to be accountable, and to do the hard work of change.

The Flight School Program isn’t easy. It’s a year-long, Christ-centered residential recovery program that asks a lot from the men who enter it. But what it gives in return is something worth everything: structure, brotherhood, purpose, healing, and a chance to build a new life from the ground up.

Every man who comes through our doors is immediately met with safe housing, food, clothing, transportation, and support. More than that, he is met with dignity, truth, and the love of Jesus. We don’t offer quick fixes. We offer a real path forward.

Change is possible. Recovery is possible.
