Meet Alex Montgomery (26) he came to a hotel to pick up a 15 year old girl and take her back to his house to smoke w**d and see “what that ass do” we have every screenshot as well and will put a video of them in the comments, also big shout out to Kansas Katching PREDS for confronting this man.

These are messages between Nicklaus Napier of McCune, Kansas (35 years old in these texts) and a 15-year-old girl, taken from the minor’s cell phone before it was turned over to police. Law enforcement completed an investigation and sent the case to the Crawford County Attorney’s Office for possible charges in November 2025, and no public action has been taken since then.

A protection order hearing was held after the complaint was made to police, where the victim told the judge directly that Nicklaus Napier and the minor had s*xual contact while she was 15. After hearing the testimony, the judge granted a final protection order for one year, which expired in January 2026. Photos of the final order are attached. You can see the victims birth year and where the judge marked that the burden of proof was met.

The victim was the babysitter for Nicklaus Napier's children and these texts show him arranging where the victim would sleep so that when he dropped his children off to her in the morning, they could see eachother without anyone catching them. These texts also show them planning meetups outside, lying to the victims mom about where she was going when instead she was being driven to the 35 year olds house by a family friend.

They talk about marriage. Buying a house. He even talks about getting her emancipated. He talks about how unfair it is that the victims parents and the man's ex wife are in the way of them being together.

Nicklaus Napier has 3 minor children of his own, two of them are young girls only a handful of years younger than his victim. And he is still free, avoiding any consequences for what he did and believing he's untouchable.

The minor’s name and all identifying information have been blocked out.

Meet Corey Robertson. A 19 year old man who came to the Eisenhower Park in Abilene Kansas to finger a 15 year old girl in the bathroom and possibly lead up to having s*x with her as well, He works at the local hospital and he also has a girlfriend, Cops were called and showed up and basically did nothing about it. Either way this is for the parents and the children to be aware! Chat log is in comments, P.S been talking to him since February so I will not be posting everything.
