30,000 Salina residence are still without power from the storm last night. 113 mph winds. No major damage at The Garage. All  of our  Royal Driving School driving sessions have been canceled for today.

When traffic signals lose power, treat the intersection as a four-way stop. Come to a complete stop, look carefully in all directions, and proceed only when it is your turn.

If a traffic light is flashing red, treat it like a stop sign—come to a complete stop before proceeding when safe. If a traffic light is flashing yellow, slow down, use caution, and proceed through the intersection if it is clear.

We’re excited to welcome Calvin Cassida back to The Garage!

A 2021 graduate of McPherson College’s Automotive Restoration Program, Calvin previously served as our Director of Vehicle Operations from 2021–2022. Over the past four years, he has managed a private automotive collection in Pennsylvania while gaining valuable experience at some of the nation’s premier concours and automotive events, including Amelia Island, Pebble Beach, Miami, and The Audrain Concours.
Calvin brings a deep passion for automotive history, restoration, and presentation, and we’re thrilled to have him returning to the team and community that first helped shape his career. He will join our team in July as our Director of Automotive Collections and Education.

1930s gas station in Salina, Kansas; originally Shell and later Hi-Quality Lo-Cost. Salina's The Garage auto museum leased the building and was instrumental in its restoration. Located on Ninth Street at Bishop.
